i do not see your exact hardware because there is no general problem
on Sandy Bridge / IvyBridge Kernel 3.7.2 - 3.7.5 works fine
see lspci form both of my machines below

Can you try a -stable kernel from kernel.org?
I've run all versions up to latest 3.7.5 and don't have this problem.
