RHEL makes a point of being way, way out-of-date.
It's expressed negatively, but it's what RHEL users are looking for...
I'm no longer using RHEL, so I might have the number of years wrong.
But RHEL is based on an older Fedora and RH offers 5 years of "full"
support, 3 years of "maintenance" support (with two levels within
that), and 2 years of "extended" support.
For example, IIRC, RHEL 8 was based on and released one year after
Fedora 28. That's the fastest that I remember.
Anyway, if it's no longer in Fedora, it won't be in RHEL 9.
