I don't know if this will address the specific error that you are
getting, but double-check the libdvd* libmad* above. There are errors,
spelling and capitalization, in what you provided that would prevent
Totem from working properly.
Here is the correct command you'll want:
# yum install libdvd* libmad* totem*

I tried another Yum update and it told me that those three items were
not available so I assure they are installed. I probably only made the
errors when I wrote the e-mail and did not pay attention. When I enter a
command I always try to double check my typing which can be bad at times.
