Hi Ranjan,
SSDs do not use very much power, and therefore even the largest ones do
not require fans. I've never heard of one that does need that much
cooling. The part# that you mention is a waay-overpriced (US$360 on
their website) Dell 512GB M.2 drive, that definitely has no fan.
Maybe you should order the failing fan from their parts list, and
replace it instead.
