I am also having trouble with input (output was working until I
started fiddling) on my Audigy 2 / Firewire card on FC4
(2.6.12-1.1398_FC4). Was fine -- yesterday! -- on latest FC3 kernel.

The Audigy PCM architecture is way too complicated for mortals to
configure without an intelligent GUI to control it. Back to dumb old
SoundBlasters, unless someone has suggestions.
