What do you have in mind? And do you mean /etc/logwatch/conf/logwatch.conf?

The fact is, if you were hacker, doing all those things people posted here, you would probaby deleted any proof which could help in a forensics proccess. You should had done all that from a live cd or similar. This is my point of view.
