Why do you want to make "sudo" work like "su -"? Just use "su
-".
If you're hoping to avoid typing in any password, that's a very bad
thing. All it would take is for some exploit to use sudo (alone,
sans-password), and it could do anything that it wanted. Likewise for
any other technique of granting root privileges without typing in the
root password.
