When they are on you LAN do they get their IP address via DHCP and are they using a DNS
server that you have control over?
Yes, the router provides the DHCP static addresses for each MAC.
If so, you could create a "local" zone for
icloud.com with a wildcard record
that returns a non existing server address.
I don't think I know how to do that?
