MP4 is a video format. Are you saying you'd like to extract the audio
from an MP4?
In any event, ffmpeg is what I rely upon from the rpmfusion repos.
Something like....
ffmpeg -i yourfile.mp4 -vn -acodec libvorbis -y yourchoice.ogg
