In the past one could use --skip-broken with yum, and it would install the
ones without a conflict.
Just rand dnf update on fc25 machine, and there are new updates, but still
seeing the iptables issues, so having to manually install the others.
When you run dnf with the --best parameter you should be told what
package is dependent on the older version. In the case of jarmo it was
a very old package that is no longer included in F25.
