Yes, I had to dnf install it to the working live system, assume it is lost
at shutdown. Ln rummaging around I found gparted on a flash stick, that's
another one I seem often to need and don't always have.
I've used gparted live before but System Rescue CD is superior as it
includes smartctl, gparted, and much more.
