Don't know if this is related, but worth a try? You've installed the Samsung
Unified Linux Driver you got from Samsung right? Well, looking back at some bugzillas
suggest their install doesn't play well.
restorecon /usr/lib64/cups/filter/rastertosamsung*
chown root:root /usr/lib64/cups/filter/rastertosamsung*
is suggested.
