Quick fix until mariadb update arrives: add the following line to the
file /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/mariadb.conf:
d /run/mariadb 0755 mysql mysql -
My mariadb.conf, as installed from the Fedora repositories, has the
following line already in there, but in there twice:
d /run/mysql 0755 mysql mysql
