This will download the file in "webm" format.
Then do....
ffmpeg -i downloadedfile.webm -vn -y miles.ogg
I suppose I've never had a problem converting mp4 or ogg....
Just to follow-up.
I did as shown above, moved the ogg file to a VM that is "Fedora Only" and
played it just fine using "juk".
