I don't recall ever doing that in the past, could it be a requirement now in
Fedora-31? I did not make the hosts.allow file mentioned in the instructions I used.
In your configuration I wouldn't give that much thought.
You're behind a NAT'ed firewall which I doubt is configured to allow NFS access.
