Are you saying you have a graphical desktop with the current rpmfusion drivers for the gt710?
Yes, it appears to be working as before, and I don't expect problems with future updates. But Ed's instructions in the other thread don't require 'oddities' like rpm -e --nodeps and dnf --sllowerasing.
