I copied the channels.dvb file from Kaffeine
(~.kde/share/apps/kaffeine/channels.dvb) from the Ubuntu laptop to the
Fedora 8 laptop and Kaffeine works fine. I have no idea why Kaffeine on
F8 can't locate the ATSC source file and hence can't do it's own scan.

I'm told the scanning does not work in 0.8.6, but does in 0.8.7, and that is
correct from my observations after building 0.8.7 locally. Unforch, fedora
seems to be stuck on 0.8.6
