That block of addresses belongs to an outfit that seems to be
associated with "all things spammy" if you look them up via Google.
Do a "strings" command on all the OOo binaries and grep for ip patterns. I
can't imagine why any ip address would be hard coded into the program. Some
FQDN's sure, but not an ip address.
