Besides that, did you check is not a problem from your provider? Time ago I
had a lot of packet dropping and after weeks kicking everything I found out
it was my ISP's fault.
Another thing I would check is hardware issues.
I realize f25 is deprecated, but just because it's old, doesn't mean
it should stop working. It hasn't been like this since f25 was
released.
What actions could occur on one machine to cause another to drop
packets? They're not errors; they're dropped packets.
