Most of the ImageMagick utilities are primarily for use in the terminal.
That said you can create a desktop file yourself and put it in
~/.local/share/applications. Something like this should do:
[Desktop Entry]
Name=Display
Comment=from ImageMagick
Exec=display
Terminal=false
Type=Application
Categories=Application;Graphics;
StartupNotify=false
