how does one (or does one) report a fedoraproject wiki page out of date?

  (yes, i know it's a wiki that one can edit, but i don't think i have
the background yet, hence the asking.)

  poking around control groups and found the fedoraproject wiki page
for control groups:

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/ControlGroups

which seems *way* out of date, as in:

  * no mention of newer libcgroup-tools package for userspace
  * incomplete list of userspace tools

etc, etc. is there any concerted effort to keep fedora wiki pages up
to date? thoughts?

No, there certainly isn't. The wiki is a big mess. Some sections of it are
carefully curated, while others are not, and there's really no way to tell
which is which.

If you find something which is clearly out of date, it doesn't hurt at all
to put a bold section at the top saying something like "This page covers a
feature for Fedora 11 and is not current." Ideally with "For updated
information on this topic, see....".

(Maybe there is a template for this? Not sure.)

Fedora is a project with public coordination and Google will pick up some
of that historical content.  I wouldn't worry much about that.  What it
does show is that perhaps end user content on the front is missing and the
best way to solve that problem is creating a wiki page or Ask Fedora post
that addresses that topic and making sure it is widely referenced by making
it useful.

That is a feature proposal page for Fedora 11 to coordinate a new feature
at that time.  There is no reason for it to be updated now once that
feature is already merged.
