Most likely the file permissions are incorrect on ~/ or ~/.ssh - and
hence ssh is not trusting the authorized_keys file
ls -ld ~/ ~/.ssh
chmod go-w ~/
chmod go-rw ~/.ssh
Another possibility is also the home-dir permissions.
