Unable to clear "Remember Me" passwords in FireFox

Gahd.

I set the "Remember Me" password for swat in my FireFox
Browser, and doing a Preference->Privacy->Saved Password
CLEAR button doe not remove this setting!

I deleted ~/.mozilla and that does not work either???

Can someone direct me how to clear the password setting?

Check for cookies used by swat.  I think you will find that this is 
where the password is saved.

Did you stop all instances of firefox before deleting ~/.mozilla?
