I think this should really be an errata for rpm for FC2. Even if
it's
only
the same version of rpm as released with FC2, but with the configure
option
to enable the internal glob().
somebody should make this request against rpm or add comments to
bugzilla for this

Xorg.conf is only for emulating a 3 button mouse on a 2 button mouse
AFAIK.

Have you done a search? I'm sure I've stumbled across articles about
compatibility of preferences...
I got lots by searching mozillazine for "migrating from mozilla"
During the search, did you notice anything about migrating from
Galeon? I don't know the underlying mechanics; do they share the same
format, or will it be a long day, when I decide it's time to change?
I haven't checked today, but I don't think it's available for FC2
yet; I've been waiting on the 1.0+ version to decide whether it's worth
the effort...
