I saw an article above aboute ttysnoop so that you can ie. let fedora devels connect to your box but see what they are doing. Of course this is only one example...
I don't see ttysnoop package in fedora so is there another way to do this on fedora boxes?

You can use screen to let people to see what you're doing in real time. I don't remember which flag you need, I'm feeling lazy to take a look at the man, though :-)

You I believe missed the point by a wide margin Manuel. Its my machine, and I want to see what they are doing whether they are aware of being monitored or not. To have to depend on an action they have to take voluntarily is a completely wrong assumption.

This a bit tangential, but you might also want to use the guest_u selinux user to limit what a user can do. This user will not be able to run setuid programs other than sudo.
