Hi ALL, Can anybody tell me how to use NAT in FC4? Which step? Which commands? Suppose I have 2 ethernet cards. Rapid
You may want to just install Firestarter ( http://www.fs-security.com/ )
The command `yum install firestarter` will do that for you.

How do you get around the the disabling of Samba on systems using Firestarter? Or is that not a problem on FC4? I encountered it in FC3 and couldn't find a workaround, at the time.
Sorry, you will have to google that, I have never come across that issue.

I never had this problem when playing with Firestarter. Are you sure you had all the correct ports open?

Rapid
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o ppp0 -j MASQUERADE
[ given here that ppp0 is the outgoing device ]
service iptables save
You need to have forwarding enabled too in /etc/sysctl.conf.
