setsbool not working

http://www.nsa.gov/selinux/list-archive/0511/13581.cfmI am getting a 
command not found error when trying to execute  setesbool:
#setsebool httpd_enable_homedirs true
bash: setsebool: command not found

I have a very small installation with out X or desktops system.
Where and how would I execute this command?

may I ask?  did you log in as root?   I ask because it appears either
you didnt or you didnt install SELinux.

Sounds like you did a 'su' instead of 'su -', you know?

# which setsebool
/usr/sbin/setsebool
