Since upgrading to F21 Beta from a working F20 installation I have messages like
basename: Use --help to get a list of available command line options. basename: Unexpected argument '/usr/include/python3.4m'. basename: Use --help to get a list of available command line options. basename: Unexpected argument '/usr/share/man/man1/python.1.gz'. basename: Use --help to get a list of available command line options. complete: usage: complete [-abcdefgjksuv] [-pr] [-DE] [-o option] [-A action] [-G globpat] [-W wordlist] [-F function] [-C command] [-X filterpat] [-P prefix] [-S suffix] [name ...]
On all bash prompts.
The first two lines would be duplicated 13 times but with different version on python. Any clues or fixes as to what the problem may be.

You probably have a customized shell prompt ($PS1, or such) that calls basename.

My guess would be the "smart" completion nonsense that installs bazillions of heuristic completion pattern scripts to carefully insure that it will do the wrong thing when you hit tab :-).
yum -C erase bash-completion
is one of the commands I always run before trying to use a newly genned system.

It's important to post questions and comment about unreleased versions of Fedora to the *Test list*, where developers are more likely to see them.
