- a simple iTunes replacement in Fedora. Yes... I've installed xmms-mp3
but that's still not the >>quality I am looking for.
Itunes just got cracked!! Read the papers :)
- nix the 2 beeps (and only the 2 beeps) on boot up.
I think this is the pcmcia beeps.. Try reading on the tdlp.org.
- port all the data lock-stock-and-barrel from Outlook to Evolution
(including attachments).
libpst.. outport..mozilla-mail
- MS Money replacement and data port.
Some say gnucash.. but I still use vmware+ms money
- Completed acpi for my compaq 2700t (did the grub thing and it kinda
works but presently on >>>>boot it says "toshiba_acpi.o doesn't exist")
Was it compiled in?? locate toshiba_acpi.o??
- nix the powder blue background on the splash screen and make it black
Look into grub.conf and the boot-up grub splash screen is there..
(then again, I'm not sure what splash screen you're talking bout)
- a pair of lined gloved.
I live in a all-year-hot country.. No need for that..
Here's My Wish.
1. Linux Drivers for Intel Pro-Wireless. (not driverloader crap.. That costs USD19.99. Current I have a netgear MA401 for USD25)
2. Kernel 2.4.23 _with_ cpu-frequency scaling. I'm not sure why it's not in there. I used to get it from the -ac branch.
3. Why America'a Army + Unreal Tournament _does_ not work for my D600 + ATI Radeon 9000 Graphics card.
4. Bigger HD. (60GB laptop drive would be nice.. USD170)
5. Longer Battery Life.. (currently at 2.30 hours)
6. Broadband at HOME!
7. More $$$..
8. More of Item 7.
