Hi,
Does any body use Fedora 17 with Unity Desktop?
Can use it without any issue/bugs?
Best Regards,

Last I see it was still being worked on. Unity required all kinds of patches, but seems the most invasive ones (gtk+) are now optional. Suggest looking back in the various Fedora archives.

How can Unity be installed in Fedora? Works fine?
See http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:GNOME_Ayatana
There are pros and cons. I for one, will not be testing.....

Thanks for the heads-up Ed...
I sighed when I read this:
"To add the repo via the Terminal run:
sudo su cd /etc/yum.repos.d/ wget http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/GNOME:/Ayatana/Fedora_17/GNOME:Aya... " (snip)
Yeah, URL shorteners, they´ve heard of them... ;)
That´s the world of Linux... too many "list of instructions to copy and paste" and too few scripts that you can just download and run.... while 99% of the time it´s just a matter of adding !/bin/bash to the top line and offering it for download as a .sh file instead of posting it as a code box...
But I digress....
