It seems fixed by running a couple of times fsck -f and resize2fs.
Nov, only the lvm manager shows a filesystem "none" (no file system)!
I going to reboot.

Incorrectly resizing a filesystem could cause you to lose your data. Do you have backups
of your /home data?
