[fedora-websites] Issue #934: stg.fedoraproject.org should not be indexed by web search engines
churchyard reported a new issue against the project: `fedora-websites` that you are
following:

I've just googled for "fedora guidelines external bits" and the first link
was https://stg.fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines - that of course includes old,
not up to date information.
Can we block stg.fedoraproject.org in robots.txt or use any other mechanism to prevent
this from happening?
