Main Fedora websites includes links to the non translatable developper website

Hi,

this page: https://labs.stg.fedoraproject.org/fr/python-classroom/index.html

includes some links to https://developer.fedoraproject.org/

The issue is we can't translate developer.fedoraproject.org, lowering 
the user experience.


Any hope to see this developer websites being mainstreamed and handled 
like an official Fedora Website?
