Reason for Outage:
Part of the outage earlier this week involved moving our primary koji database to a
temporary location. Now that the machine has been repaired its time to move it back. In
order to keep downtime to a minimum and not interrupt the latest compose I'm
scheduling this outage for a 4 hour window though it should only actually be down for an
hour. As soon as the compose finishes I'll start.
