Good afternoon,
Following the wiki for the Doc team I wanted to drop the list a note
introducing myself. My name is Jonathan Jesse and I normally work with
the Kubuntu Documentation team and have also spent sometime working
with the KDE Docs team.
The product I consult on for a living uses Red Hat and I am need to
learn the Red Hat/Fedora way of doing things.
When I joined the Ubuntu project a couple of years ago, I worked with
the group in the documentation team as it seemed the best way to learn
how the system worked and how to use the product, hence the reason to
join the documentation team for Fedora. I hope to learn not only how
Fedora does their documentation but also how to better use an RPM
based system.
Hi Jonathan, welcome to the team! There are a number of people
currently working on our installation guide and release notes -- perhaps
you'd be interested in working with the KDE SIG in Fedora to make sure
their release notes are up to snuff for our release next month?
