Fedora 21 release party in Kolkata

Hi everyone,

Finally managed to fix  the date for the Fedora 21 release party in
Kolkata. The details can be found at [1]. Though this will be less of
party, and more about technical discussions. Feel free to come over if
you are already contributing to some parts of the project or want to
start contributing.

Mukti has nothing to do with community anymore. Also it is a college
event in Durgapur (different city).
