Dear Ankur,
1)after ejected live CD - rebooted and stopped at Grub> In the absence
of knowledge I did not proceed further
and inserted winXPCD and rebooted - selected R (recovery mode) -
selected no: 1 and enter - it will stop at c:\windows> typed as
"fixmbr" and rebooted - returned original state inluding ubuntu(which
had installed in winxP as part of its software - that feature not
available in Fedora).
2) Now Fedora11 installed recently - wiped out. I am thinking whether
to re-install or not because many times re-installed more than 6times
I thought it is not advisable - Now question how to restore the
partition portion of fedora back to FAT 32 or NTFS and then reserve
entire hard disk for fedora after backing up of files,.
3) In Xandros - It has feature of reovery mode similar to WinXP - as
well as restore feature to fat 32 which I have experienced - At the
time of partition table - one can view/browse all files of each
drive and select safely for partition - that feature not available
either in ubuntu or fedora.
4) In ubuntu I had installed 9.04 in WinXP. Using Ubntu live CD 10.04
I upgraded ubuntu 9.04 to 10.04 easily without fomalities like
selection of english password etc.straight away started installed all
files and rebooted with login dialog smoothly. I had thought similar
feature existed in Live CD Fedora. Alas! it starts as usual as if it
is installing from fresh CD/DVD passing all formalities like
partition stage and write stage and started installation.
Unfortunately same error message now attached was same for the
previous failed attempted installation also.
5) I wish if the Fedora adopted the user-friendly installation
features existed in the Xandros would have been nice for benefit of
users.
6) I am thinking whether Fedora14 will have same problem as in the
case of Fedora13. - I am curious to know why it failed perhaps due to
boot sector or else. I hope you are in better position to find out
based on attached bug report generated by LiveCD. I don't how to
forward the bug report to Fedora team.
Sorry for lengthy message.
With Best of Luck,

Hi,
Some trouble with Fedora installations. I've never had any trouble on my
system and therefore am not well versed with what may be going wrong.
