When I update to a new kernel with dnf or yum, it

I see following error:

when I do then:
sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg
all works fine but I have to do that on each kernel update.
You probably have an unsupported layout for volume format for /boot. For example /boot on
Btrfs causes this error. So tell us more about the disk layout.
