FYI
For all who use Fedora 7 and Evolution, take note of the last entry in
bugzilla...printing issues discussed will not be fixed until Fedora 8

If one needs to print emails from Evolution, try printing to PDF (I used
cups-pdf-2.4.6-1.fc7) then print the PDF as normal. Printing the PDF
seems to override that it is in A4 size.
