[angelo_dev@localhost ~]$ dnf clean all 0 files removed
sudo dnf upgrade gpg.errors.GPGMEError: GPGME: Invalid crypto engine (again ...)
sudo dnf upgrade gpg.errors.GPGMEError: GPGME: Invalid crypto engine (again the same problem...)

yes I am to fedora 32
Out of warranty. :-) :-)
I already tried to update but without success with <sudo dnf upgrade --refresh --exclude=criu-libs> nothing (the
output not) change....
Perhaps I made mistakes using PGP ????
Still see criu-libs in the output? If so, how about with....
sudo dnf --refresh --exclude=criu-libs upgrade
Well, I happen to have a f32 VM and just installed criu-libs-3.15-1.fc32.x86_64 just fine.
I would first try....
dnf clean all dnf upgrade
If that still fails, then....
dnf --nogpgcheck upgrade
