Installed on F22 as follows
dnf --nogpgcheck --releasever=21 install aeskulap-0.2.2-0.19beta1.fc21.x86_64.rpm
Yes, that would be the best way to go.
I got my test VM back up and working and
dnf --nogpgcheck --releasever=21 install aeskulap
worked fine for me as well.
