I did read that guide. The guide somehow implies that the Fedora will be installed
alongside other systems instead of suing the whole disk for itself.
I prefer to use Windows tools to make a Windows partition smaller --
Fedora developers can never know
what details of the Windows partition layout and format might change.
This is what I did, from the beginning, I shrunk the Windows partition using Windows
partition manager.
