I downloaded the F31 KDE SPIN and installed it. I am even booted into
Kernel 5.3 ( the last one before this current one ) and it's still
doing it.
I will try the live image right now.
Well, earlier you said you didn't have the problem in F31. But, you have the problem
not that you've upgraded to F32. So, you've now gone back to F31 and the problem
persists. I think you've also tried a "fresh" user and still have the
problem.
This, in my mind, leaves hardware.
Have you tried re-seating the video cable? Or, if possible, swapping out for a different
cable?
