Well, looking at the documentation for the HW it seems he probably has
"Integrated on system board with specific processors". And the OP did
say: "The graphics card is intergrated its not a secondary or manually added
card."
Well, I actually did mis-read what Tim was saying.
But, unless there has been additional HW added to the system, the additional slots would
be
empty.
