Maybe you need to -
echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
and
iptable -t nat -A POSTROUTING -s 10.255.250.0/24 -j SNAT --to xxx.39.189.92
Assuming, you set up 10.255.250.0 as class C - not right, but, people
do it sometimes.
