Error en los signos de puntuacion

Saludos webmaster:
He encontrado algunos error de signos de puntuación en el contenido la
pagina de fedora en español, espero puedan corregirlos
La pruebas se realizaron con los navegadores web Firefox, Opera y Google
Chrome, mi sistema operativo es Fedora 12. Adjunto algunas imagenes
indicando donde esta el error, el simbolo de puntuacion para las
preguntas es " ¿ " y no como se muestra en el portal. Gracias

horrible language mix in new fedoraproject.org/download

Going to http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora and selecting "German
(de)" as language. But what i see is a horrible mix of german and
english parts:

I have manually refreshed Transifex cache and it seems like there are
685 strings in current POT file.
The POT file needs update, but that's another issue. Websites team,
could you please refresh POT/PO files after every change in original
strings? If you don't do that regularly, English text appears on the
webpage which we cannot translate.
