I have updated some of the tickets and would like to ask everyone in team to do so. So that we can save sometime in our next meeting next week.

[diversity] newcomer from Latin America
by Cassio Raposa
Hello, fellows,
My name is Cassio, going by the alias “Zadig” online. You may call me
as you prefer :)
I am a Brazilian, Linux user since… 98 I guess? Never got in touch
with the online community, but have been promoting foss ideals for
many years now, being with costumers, students, acquaintances etc.
AFK I’m mostly committed with environmental causes. Kinda like a
marginalized person because I come from a very wealthy family, which
gave me a higher level education, way of acting and speaking, but I
chose to get away from such parcel of our society due to several
reasons (most of ‘em social ones), however, having such background, it
is very difficult to be accepted in other places. It’s a very unusual
situation, but I swear I’m a nice guy :).
Me, in short:
·vegan
·living with a dog (a veeeery special one)
·programmer
·retrogamer
·completely out of the ordinary guy considering work, life style, friends, etc.
Finally trying to get over the online barrier, so, yeah, I’d like to
join this goup.
Nice to meet you all.
Kindly yours,
Zadig

[diversity] [Minutes] [2017-05-03] LGBTQ Awareness, rebooting Fedora Women
by Justin W. Flory
Hi everyone! The Diversity WG just finished up our meeting a few moments
ago. In this week's meeting, we heavily covered two topics: planning out
details for the LGBTQ Awareness Day on May 17th with the Fedora
community and making the first steps to reboot the Fedora Women initiative.
You can find these topics discussed more heavily in the meeting minutes,
so if you have a moment, you can skim and get a pretty quick idea of
what we covered and what's next.
This will probably be my last meeting until August. Hopefully the time
will pass quickly so I can jump back in at full speed on all of our
tasks again in August.
Thanks all!
