Dear all,
You are kindly invited to the meeting:
Fedora meetup, Bangalore on 2016-06-25 from 18:00:00 to 20:00:00 Asia/Kolkata
At Bangalore
The meeting will be about:
# Monthly Fedora meetup, Bangalore
A monthly get together of Fedora enthusiasts in Bangalore to discuss about the latest
things happening in the Fedora ecosystem and contribute back to the community. The meetup
usually takes place at:
Starbucks Coffee
Samrat No.2013, 100 Ft Road, HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar
Bangalore, Karnataka - 560008
I am surprised that the Monthly Fedora meet-up at Bangalore is now quite
regularly being held at a Starbucks Coffee outlet. Fedora activities at
college campuses I can understand, and should be encouraged, but why
Starbucks ?!
We used to have the Monthly Fedora meet-up much earlier being held at
the Red Hat Bangalore office, with free coffee/tea, free snacks, and
free WiFi always available. I think we could have the meet-up at the Red
Hat Bangalore office at least once in two months.
Red Hat being the sponsor of Fedora, it would be good to utilize the
facilities of Red Hat for Fedora activities, especially when there is no
good reason to have it done elsewhere.
