[Paul W. Frields]

We have a bug listed on the Insight page as a blocker -- meaning it
will keep us from moving on to staging even for the Fedora Weekly
News.

There are a few more bugs listed as critical -- although we can stage
without these fixed, they're going to make the site pretty
unattractive and thus not as helpful from a publicity perspective.

This bug is fixed (I would appreciate a tester though, to check my sanity).
If someone with easy access to the git repository for AuthFAS could commit
the pnuserapi.php file change that I've made on pt6 and push a new package
to the infra repo we'll be good to go.

That email posted approximately the same time that Hiemanshu/Gwerra posted
 that he thought he had fixed the problem.  I'm not sure if Hiemanshu
 applied the patch, or something else.

At this point: users not in cmsadmin no longer have administrative access
 when they log in - but they are not able to log in past a 403 error.   The
 new users do get added to the "users" group - and not the "administrators"
 group - so we need to figure out why they're getting a 403.

Well I did this patch last night while I was working on it, I made the 
patches on my own (from what ever was on pt6.) I am still working on it, 
hopefully I should have it figured out soon.

So I'm not sure -- does this mean, Hiemanshu, that you wrote your
patches on top of Simon's code, or backed his up, or... ?

Can we find the patch Simon did on a list or a ticket, so that we can
reapply it as needed?

Whatever changes I made were made over simons code on pt6. I am not sure 
whether it was the old code or the patched code.
