RFE: replacing f23-background-mate

While triaging bugzilla and responding to one repoart, I stumbled on
this bug:

Any comment on that?

Also, I look at including the extra wallpaper for Fedora 22 by trying to
resolve the generate-files.rb issue from the source package.

I guess this refers to the alpha wp, does this still make sense even
with the new pattern?
